About

I am a filmmaker, writer, and director working at the intersection of storytelling, social imagination, and intuitive form. My background in photography and theatre directing informs a visual and dramaturgical sensitivity that moves across genres and mediums, from fiction and documentary to immersive installations and stage works.
My stories often begin where silence lingers, where something vital resists being named. With Nordic roots and over two decades immersed in the Finnish and Swedish cultural landscapes, I create from a place where emotional precision meets atmospheric depth. I follow shifts in energy, subtext, and rhythm trusting what emerges when attention is given fully.
Alongside my artistic work, I hold a Master’s degree in Theatre Directing and Dramaturgy from the University of the Fine Arts Helsinki, and have taught both dramaturgy and artistic research. These experiences ground my practice with tools for reflection, rigor, and sustainable process and have given me the courage to stay with difficult questions until they transform.
Each project is a collaboration in the truest sense, not a delivery of content, but a shared exploration. I bring a capacity to hold complexity and shape it into forms that move people, not only intellectually, but viscerally. When the emotional and the structural align, something opens: a possibility, a deeper sense of recognition, a reordering of what we thought we knew.
Whether developing works that bridge art and research, shaping narratives for the screen or stage, or building participatory experiences that invite reflection, I approach each process as a creative dialogue, sensitive, responsive, and committed to the story that wants to be told.
I work as a creative lead, dramaturgical partner, and artistic visionary, with projects that seek resonance, reach, and relevance.
